Injured Muscovy - what to do?

Great idea! I will have to do that later this evening. I have to run to town. I don't think it's in shock but not sure what's going on. It just sits there. Will see how it's doing when I get home. It's poop is black and watery but like watered down mud. and not sure if it's the actual duck or poop that stinks.

Getting him to a tub of warm water will help with the smell, as far as poop ducks can have all color and kinds of smelly poop depending on what they ate. watery is normal too. Is he eating or drinking? When was the last time you actually saw him up walking around? Could he have been hurt days before you found him?
