I would just swab up the blood with a saline wetted Qtip so no blood is showing, then put the chick back with her flockmates.

She should be fine, just swab up the blood and cover in some purple/blue spray on a cotton pad and wipe over the area, this will make it look normal to the other chicks and they will leave her alone.
