Hello all,
I have a Rhode Island Red that was severely injured by a rooster today. I had a problem this week with my 4 buff brahma roosters attacking another Rhode Island and ripping all of the skin from the back of her head. I'm pretty sure it was from mating so I got rid of 3 of the 4 roosters. Well I had to put down the first Rhode Island and now the second one was injured by the last rooster. Same injuries just not as severe plus feathers and skin raw near the base of the tail. I have since brought her inside and applied neosporan to her wounds. Any suggestions to bring her back to 100% will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all in advance,
Kris
