Hello everyone, I have a four month old bantam easter egger \ Amerucana rooster that seems to have lost his ability to balance.

A few weeks ago I noticed him limping on one foot and later standing on only one leg. He was getting picked on and seemed immobile in the run.

So he is now isolated from the others. He can’t stay on a roost, he spends all his time laying down, chest on the ground and legs straight out behind him, like a rubber chicken. If I spread his toes open and get him roosting on my hand he is unstable.

He is loosing weight, even though he always has food and water.

any suggestions?

Payback organic layer feed and W hole seed give grain scrstch. Hi eyes are clear and alert. Why do either of these things matter?

He spends all day laying on his che st with his legs straight out behind bim. Does not exhibit pain when. I examin his legs. He is eating well and is alert, but how can he survive with no balance?
