Rooster limping badly. Legs are warm and red. Need help please

Update on Mr Tippy.
I've been giving him an oral anti inflammatory and pain killer Rheumacam for 5 days. Baytril also for 5 days.
I had this left over from a hen I took on the long hike to a vet just 2 weeks prior and she didn't make it. Please don't judge me. I made a decision to give it to my rooster because that was what I had on hand and it seemed appropriate under the circumstances. He was in bad shape. Not standing. Falling over. Appetite getting lower by the day. Legs spotted red, warm to the touch and redness under the feathers. I worried I was close to losing him so I had to try what I had on hand. We live in a remote area, nearest poultry vet is 1.5hr drive away.

5days later on this above, Mr Tippy is showing enthusiatic appetite though still less than normal amount. His crop is not full after meal time. He's wanting to walk/stumble around but stand up higher on his legs rather than hock walking. Since 2 days ago he's been rooting on the 1ft high bar but sometimes waits for me in the morning to lift him down. He's wanting to come out of the chicken house for outdoor time instead of just sitting in the chicken house.

The Baytil and Rheumacam I had on hand is finished now. Since I saw an improvement from giving him this... Can anyone with experience help me with what I can give him for anti inflammatory and pain that's a natural treatment as natural is my first choice. We rarely and almost never give our fame animals pharmaceuticals.
