Injured Rooster

We checked it again and put some more peroxide on it tonight. It looks much better, and there is no more puss and the smell is less strong. I am still feeding him a mixture of terramycin water and chicken feed and he is eating very well. I thought about giving him aspirin like pgpoultry suggested but he did not seem to be in pain, he was moving around and stuff (though limping a little). I think he's mostly just irritated that Peanut gets the ladies to himself while he is stuck in a rabbit cage under the carport

He hasn't been indoors because it is currently 66*F outside. Thank you all for your concern, hopefully he'll continue to get better!

Update: Tallulah wasn't getting any better, possibly even worse. He was in pain and it looked like he might have had gangrene. We ended up having to 'put him down' on January 9th

He was an awesome rooster, but I didn't want him to suffer.

Here are a couple photos of Tallulah:

And here is one of his daughters, Morta, next to her mother, Nona.

Peanut, the new leader of the flock. He's very sweet, but with Tallulah I didn't ever have to worry about the flock. Peanut is much more colorful, but not as good a leader
