I got a tom that has 2 cuts in both wings and then figured out his snood has been swollen, we been putting some medicine I had on the wings but the snood never went down or anything.
FIRST picture shows the first wing and the 2nd picture shows the other wing then the snood (I cant spell the word)

I wouldn't worry about the snood. With temperatures being as hot as they are, the swelling of the snood helps get rid of some of the body heat by the increased blood flow.

I would try to figure out how the wings got injured to prevent future occurrences and put some Blu-Kote on the injuries.

I’ve been putting medicine on the cuts and I checked his wings today and they are a lot better but the snood hasn’t went down and I do got another problem I got chickens that is pecking at two of my turkeys behind how can I stop that?

Separation is the only guaranteed cure to keep the chickens from pecking at hte turkey butts..
