I have a hen who I noticed a few weeks ago had a wing that was hanging below her foot and when I felt it, there was no muscle like on her other wing. It felt very tense and didn't want to be moved to spread her wing out. I tried wrapping it to hold it in place, but idk if I did it wrong because it didn't fix anything. Should I leave the wrap on longer or how do I fix her wing?

Do you have access to an avian vet? It's very hard to say what may be wrong without being able to examine the bird ourselves. The bones in wings are very small and easily broken, I wonder if she had a break and it hasn't healed or healed poorly, but an xray would be best to know for sure. Or a wing may have gotten caught on something and injured that way, maybe with muscle or ligament damage.
I'm attaching a splinting manual that explains how to examine for a fracture and how to splint various ones, it's a good resource. But if it has been a few weeks then any healing that has begun may not be reversible, depending on what has happened.

I'm not sure if i"ll be able to go to the vet but i may have access to one, I read over that page but I'm not sure which bone is injured. If I can't get into a vet right now, would she be able to live like this?

I really don't know the answer to that. Possibly, yes, but I don't know what the injury is. If she is eating and drinking normally, droppings are normal, then certainly things look decent, but it's very hard to say for certain.
