Injured wing?

Hi everyone! I posted about a month ago about our 3 quail chicks that we hatched. They have all been doing great and growing like weeds. :) This morning, I noticed that 1 of them is holding her wing funny. I watched her stretch and she wouldn't move it much at all. I checked her out and the joint seems to be a little swollen. Is there anything I can do for her? I didn't see any blood, scratches or obvious injury. It's just swollen. I have all 3 of them in a 50 gallon storage bin until my husband can finish building their hutch. They are out on our deck during the day, but I bring them inside at night to avoid predators. All 3 get along very well and I haven't noticed any of them picking on each other. Any suggestions on how to help her? Thanks in advance!

Here are some pictures I took. I don't know if y'all will be able to see anything or not.

Maybe she tried to jump and fell hard on her wing, or accidentally pulled the joint too hard when flapping?
Cute quail!
Thank you! I don't know what she did. Should I try wrapping it or just leave it and keep an eye on it? I can separate her if I need to, but I'd rather not unless absolutely necessary.

Is it the joint that’s swollen? Or is it a lump?
It's swollen right along where the bone is in her wing. I guess it could be a lump? I'm really not sure. I didn't want to mess with it too much and make it worse. It didn't feel like a cyst or anything like that. It's just swollen and she doesn't want to move it.

Keep in her inside and observe her closely for a couple of days. Get rid of the newspaper that she's on and give her something that she's not going to slip and get further injured on. I keep mine on pine shavings when they're indoors, but grippy shelf liner works too.

If she doesn't start getting better in the next couple of days, is a vet an option?

She's inside on alfalfa. She only on the newspaper for a few mins while I was cleaning her cage. I just took some pictures of her while she was in there. I've been keeping an eye on her. She's eating, drinking and acting normal, although I know they tend to hide symptoms. The swelling hasn't gotten any worse and she is holding it in a more normal position than she was before. I've searched for avian vets in our area before, but haven't found any. If she's not any better in the next few days, I'll see about contacting our regular vet and see what they recommend.
