Ronny, or Saffron, normally is a lot more playful then she has been, I noticed it yesterday and figured she was just laying an egg out of the nesting box but it happened again today, she’s all fluffed up and not moving much, I’m wondering if her vent is clogged or not, it happened to her when she was a chick too or if it’s the weather change confusing her.
UPDATE:
I went out to check on her again after checking, she’s not egg bound or clogged, but she was holding her wing out so I was thinking the rooster might’ve hurt it, I noticed missing feathers by her head where the rooster might grab the hen, I currently have her separated from the flock in the garage in a kennel with food and arnica water, I bathed her when I wanted to check if she was egg bound and she was perfectly happy, eating and drinking with no issue but after I put her back she got depressed, she is the smallest of the flock and gets pecked a lot.
