Injuries

I'm worried of my turkeys being injured after fighting this was after Louis displayed his pretty male feathers.is it normal for them to fight their quite young maybe four months and will they hurt each other and what should I do when they fight?

Hi. I do not have turkeys, only chickens. It sounds like they are figuring out the pecking order at that young age. Have their been any serious injuries (puncture wounds, severe bleeding, eye wounds, etc.) and how bad has the fighting been? Is the fighting only between the males or all the turkeys are fighting?

I let them fight it out and they are now laying down facing each other going to sleep. I guess Daisy didn't like all the advances Louie was making on her. I will keep an eye on them but right now they seem calm thank you for writing
