Just noticed one of my SLWs has an injury above her oil gland. I don't know if she's been pecked or ran under a fence or what.
It's kind of scabbed over, but I brought her in and washed it off with soap and warm water, dabbing it dry. I didn't put anything on it, but I thought about Bacitracin. I decided not to because I thought the feathers might stick to it more. She also had some poop stuck in the feathers below her vent and I soaked that off as well. Vent itself is clean.
She is eating, laying and grooming, so I'm hoping it will just take care of itself. I've attached a picture and am hoping for advice or agreement

Thanks!
