injury or disease like ringworm?

This is a young langshan pullet. Started out about 10 days ago I notice it looked like she had dirt on her face. Its progressively worse and now her eye is cloudy and she cant see out of it and her face is nearly bare. I dont see mites/lice. Any ideas? None of the other birds show any signs of anything like this thank goodness. Phil

Ok. I know ringworm isnt a disease, its a fungus.

Maybe she did have dirt on her face from a dust bath and dirt got in her eye. Liberally flush her eye with saline solution, pat dry, then put terramycin eye ointment or neosporin ointment in her eye for about 5 days. Hopefully her eye will clear up.

It does look like favus which is a fungal disease that is treated with Miconazole cream (also called monistat.) Below are a few threads about favus, and the 3rd link turned out to be mites and scratching that looked like favus:
