I’m not sure what this is. All four girls are in major molt, but this looks like blood. She is behaving totally normally and doesn’t like being handled, so I don’t want to bother her. Do y’all think I should be concerned?

How old is she?
Photos of the others?
Does she lay eggs?

Looks scabs from being plucked. Gather her up when she's roosting, give her a good clean up, check for mites and lice.
Tend to the scab - you can use triple antibiotic ointment, hen healer, etc.
Monitor your hens when roosting and various times during the day to see if you notice them plucking each others feathers.
