Beware of the Inkbird digital temperature controllers found on Amazon and Ebay! I went down to rotate my eggs this morning in the incubator and immediately heard a buzzing noise! The temp controller relay failed and the heating source (Light bulb) was stuck on for how long I'm not sure but the Styrofoam incubator and the plastic thermometer melted! Needless to say I lost all of the 15 remaining eggs. Fortunately I took the three chicks that hatched yesterday and moved them to the brooder last night! If you have one of these controllers in a homemade setup beware! This could have potentially started a fire if not discovered in time! I used this same setup successfully to hatch eggs earlier in the year without any problems and I just hatched six more chicks in it this past week.

Thank you for the warning! I am planning on getting and Incuview. I hear that they are great, and so is the customer service! I am sorry you lost your eggs, that must be pretty sad.
