Input please: when did your girls start laying?

My easter egger Penny started laying right at 22 weeks. She's my oldest now. i had chickens before and remember my rhode island reds laying at about five months. My polish did not lay until about 9 months. i thought she was a boy until i found her in the bushes brooding over her first egg.

I have 12 golden buff red x links girls and 2 banty girls.
The Bantys has not started yet and only a few of the buffs have.

The earliest one ever here was a Cochin/Silkie X Barred Rock pullet at 18 weeks old. Silly girl hatched a day ahead of the rest of her hatchmates, too-always has to be first.
The latest was my Buff Brahma at 30 weeks. Blue Orp pullet at 25 weeks. All my others, RIRs, Buff Orps, Silver Laced Wyandottes, Barred Rock, RIR/Buff Orp cross, Lt. Brahma, and Ameraucana laid between 19 weeks and 24 weeks old.
