Inside or out

My feed and water are inside. Just where I have always had them, no real reason. My run is fully covered, I could have it outside if I wanted to.

I've read that it's been suggested that if this is a "new home" for them, to lock them up in the coop for several days with food and water inside so they can get acclimated, then move the food and water outside once they learn to go into their new coop at night.
