Insomniacs unite!

I am up and can't sleep. I just took another Melatonin. Makes 30mg so far for tonight. I don't want to get up to 60mg like one of my docs does or worse yet a prescription sleeping med.
 
I took prescription sleeping meds for years. I haven’t taken them in a few years and luckily I do okay without them (well okay as in not any worse than usual 😅)
 
I leave my bottle of Melatonin for taking in the middle of the night out where I can get to it without even turning a light on. I like the way they made it to dissolve in your mouth without having to have a glass of water to get them down with.
