If I were to do something like this, I'd do the floor to have a center drain or ever so slightly have it tilted so it could run to the door and then make the stuff in front of the door able to deal with the runoff of hosing it out. Probably the slight tilt as I can't think how to make that floor so it could have a slope to a center drain.
