I also found the thermostat wafers at my local co-op. I've used mine twice in the past few months and it still works wonderfully! Good luck!

Can someone try to explain to me how to regulate the temp in the 846 model. I plug it in and turn left until the light is on and let it heat up until 100 degree and then I turn right until the light turns off. So am I suppose to keep Repeating that process until it stays at one temp?
