Insufficient Permissions

When trying to view another users uploaded photographs .....I am getting a message ( as above title )...this has happened before...( quite some time ago )... is this my system or a glitch on BYC ?

Sometimes members mistakenly link to their private albums not knowing that others don't have access to those pictures. In those cases the member needs to either make the album public or change the links to the pictures.
