The temp was the top of the eggs... it actually went up to 42 today, not for long though... will they still be ok? Its VERY high!!
Once the egg carton is filled (todays eggs should do it) i will try to get mum to go to an out of town store and get some styrofoam coolers...

Hey Sandra.

its going alright. I did not yet get a cooler for the eggs, I am not allowed to until i have had this lot through to 21 days.
When we move to the farm, THEN i can do it after I get some hens and a roo!

hi try asking your local pet shop if they have any polystyrene boxes spare they are used to transport tropical fish usually about 18" x14" and 18" HIGH COMPLETE WITH LID (could make incubator out of one) you could also try your local fish monger and see if he has any old samon boxes these are similar to the above i used one to make a 100 egg incubator from a kit worked great they normaly throw these boxes away in England so if its the same where you are shouldnt cost anything. Royal Ty ps could make a decent brooder from one.
