Hello. I carry a lovely strain of New Hampshire Chickens and want to sell some hatching eggs. What insurance would cover this? At present, the birds are not immunized, but I have testing in place for NPIP certification, mareks, and mycoplasma.

I'm not sure if this would come under product or general liability. Although, I would test my flock every 90 days, I simply could not afford someone suing me if by chance my hatching eggs carried a disease.
Ohhhhh. I'm not so sure you have to worry about getting sued. People sell diseased birds all day long and don't think twice about it. It's not against the law...it's just wrong.
