Insurance for sending hatching eggs.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
I'm not sure if this would come under product or general liability. Although, I would test my flock every 90 days, I simply could not afford someone suing me if by chance my hatching eggs carried a disease.
I wouldn't worry about this. First of all, keep your flock healthy and monitor fertility.
Secondly, there would be no way to determine if a defective/diseased bird hatched that way. And even if a chick was defective, that doesn't prove neglect on your part. It's just nature.
