I have a sick duck that I have isolated for about a week, but I’m scared the flock won’t accept him back. What can I do to make them accept him again, is there anything I can do?

Agreed. Put him back and see how it goes. Come back here if it's causing trouble and we will have more suggestions.

In my experience,
Sometimes ducks remember each other and are happy to see their friend again.
Other times its rough putting them back with the flock. I would try it with supervision..and be ready to separate them if there's too much trouble.
You May have to reintegrate him slowly like you would a brand new duck.
