Integrating 12 week old pullets - NOT going well!

Not sure how to jump into a conversation so I apologize in advance. I have to integrate 15 12-13 week old chicks to coop with only 2 full age hens. But I have to do it 2 days before going away on vacation and someone else will care for them. how difficult do you think it will be since we only have the 2 hens?

My original flock has never integrated well with any chicks I've tried to add. I ended up dividing my run in half and not releasing any chicks or pullets into the flock until they're the same size as the main flock and laying.This method prevents injuries and death and a lot of time stressing over mixing them too soon.

I like to do it slowly- first they ca. See but not touch. I use my brooder cage and fence off a new run. Then I let them free range together after they are doing okay w the fence. I will put boards or 5 gallon buckets in the corners and lots of hiding places. I started a chicken friendly garden plots scattered in their run that is fenced off and grass with a fence over it so they can graze but not tear it up. Blocking the view is helpful along w free ranging.
