Hello!
I am about to adopt a little black Silkie cockerel from a friend(he is old enough to crow),and I am so excited about him because he will be my very first Silkie even though I've heard of the breed for years!XD I am worried about him integrating in my flock of 11 chickens(4 are as young as him,the rest are adults)because I don't want him to get picked on badly.I am pretty new to this particular breed not to chickens though.Just wondering if anyone has any advice for integrating him in the flock and if there's anything I need to know about his breed please share.
