Integrating baby to flock

I have a single baby that I hatched from an egg incubator. Have 11 hens and a rooster. I have taken baby out to show her the other hens. Was going to let her play supervised with the group in a few weeks (she is 3 weeks and 2 days). What is the safest way to get her into the coop with the other chickens?
 
Safest is to house her next to the others, separated by something like chicken wire, for about a month and until she is about the same size. Methods to try then includeputting her on the rost with the others just after dark, and having the flock out in a large area with places to hide, other distractions like treats, and separate food and water stations.

Different things work with different flocks, though. In this case, it may be harder because she is alone than if there were a few chicks. Here is a thread about integration and several peoples' experiences:
