Integrating Chickens

I know my new baby Bantams have to grow before going in with the older girls, but is there a "good" age to mix different age chicks together?

My older girls are (suspected) Red SexLinks & I know will be quite bigger than my Bantam girls. Has anyone mixed birds of different sizes and had any big issues???

I always wait till the babies are almost as big as the ones your intergrating them with. That way they can hold their on with them!!
