Integrating chicks

I just read the "integrating chicks at 4 weeks" and would love to try it, already have a perfect brooder built for that, but here's my dilemma, my hens are free range. As reading in the article it says they would not go in at dusk and that worries me they would not go in. I've integrated hens before but never this young. Feedback greatly appreciated!

You may need to encourage them a bit but they'll get it eventually. If they know you give treats then that can help if you have a bunch. If one or two follow, most or all of the rest will.
