If the additional distractions and clutter don't help over the next week, then I think we will probably move the new smaller coop back next to the big coop and put the new hens in the big coop to give the timid flock that vacation for a couple weeks.
If we put them back in separate coops at night but let them free range during the day together, ill probably have to pull the new hens out of the big coop to force them back into their older smaller coop
If we separate them, should they not be free ranging together anymore for the first week?
