Integrating my flocks

I have 11 7 week old chicks, and 26 3 week old chicks. When and how should I blend them together? They are in the same coop but separated by a piece of plywood. I say separated, but the 7 week chicks have begun to roost on the top edge of the dividing board. They havent seemed to want to venture to the other side, but they are aware of the "coopmates". Could I put them all in the run and let them adjust to each other?

That`s a good idea as ling as the young ones have room to escape the older ones. Be sure you have the warmth issue covered for the little guys........Pop

I think the warmth wont be an issue, its getting in the 80's during the day and that would be the only time I put them together right now. What would you suggest as an escape for the smaller ones?
