Integrating new birds?

I’ve been thinking about raising a few more quail to get my egg production up a little bit.Once new birds are old enough to go in with the current birds, should I make a divider in their enclosure and let them get used to each other then after a few days remove the divider? I know how territorial these little birds can be. I’m considering either adding birds to the current covy or just raising new birds and giving them their own enclosure. But, if they will integrate fairly easily then that’s what I’d rather do.

I don't raise quail, but I know with chickens that you should at least let them get used to each other and see each other before having them live together for the rest of their lives. But I don't know, quail could be completely different

The see but can't touch is one way to introduce new quail. Another is to take all of the quail out, completely clean and rearrange the pen, then put all of the birds into the "new" pen at night so they all wake up together.
