Integrating New Hens

I'm getting two new hens in a couple days and I don't know the best ways to integrate them into my existing duck flock. I have a large dog crate so they can be around my other ducks but still seperate.

How big is your existing flock?

I integrate my ducks by getting them used to each others' presence with with a barrier in between for a while. (In my case, it is as simple as the mesh wall of a zip up tent, or a kiddie play pen). I keep that up for a while until they stop pecking at each other, then I allow them into a neutral area with plenty of space to get away from each other and actively monitor them for their interactions to prevent extreme fights from breaking out (separating again afterwards until any further aggression has calmed), then eventually finally allowing them to remain together without constant supervision and overnight.
