integration after sickness, whats your technique??

hey guys, iv got 4 buff orps, one got coccidiosis a week ago which is all cleared up now, but iv had to keep her separate from the other ones for a week, i let them all out in the garden to mingle in a large area but 2 of the 3 really pick on her, and cant get on, will this subside or is there another trick, i didnt think 7 days would make the much difference to them!
please help with this guys!
