Integration issues with newbies

A few weeks ago, I added two newbies to my original flock of four. One of the newbies is has been fully accepted - no problem - its as if she's been here from day one. The other newbie, however, is constantly being chased by three of the original four. It is very heart breaking to watch. They chase her away from multiple food dishes too. Will there ever be peace? Or if it hasn't happened by now, it's not going to? I don't think rehoming her would necessarily be a good solution because she'll get picked on all over again.

I'd pull either the biggest bully or two of them out for several days of isolation then reintroduce. If that doesn't work I'd then remove the other two. You need to shake up the pecking order somehow. Leave then picked-on one with the rest.
