Integration questions concerning one special needs girl..

Forgot to mention, I have brooded the new chicks in the coop with the older ones. They are separated by a chicken wire wall, and have been able to see, but not touch for the last five weeks. I just started allowing the chicks out into their new run yesterday, which also allows see, but no touch, with the older girls.
