Interesting idea for hawk protection

Ok so im sure i cant be the only person to think of this but what if a was to breed some of my chickens to make a rooster that has a brown body and a white head, ive seen alot about owl, hawk, and eagle decoys and i thought if I could breed a rooster that resembled an eagle the hawk might stay away. What do yall think?
My girls are all large breed and black or dark red.
My approach has been to feed wild birds in the front yard. The tiny native birds are not worth the trouble to hawks but starlings and doves and pigeons are. I know its a bit brutal but hawks have to eat too and its a great focus of attention for them. Residential feeders have become a hunting boon for hawks, esp in winter. The price of BOSS to fill the feeder is worth it (plus we love the small birds).
That hunting keeps the hawks busy. I have mostly coopers and sharpies here, tho a pair of red tails is around. We live two blocks from a large nature reserve with lakes and streams and TONS of rabbits. It seems to keep them busy too.
