Yup, we own copyrights to many aspects of BYC, but the software we use is opensource. Of course, BYC is pretty unique because we've doubled the features with 4 years of custom programming to the software which has added a TON of tools and features unavailalbe anywhere else.

We have a lot of copy-cats, but we just see it as a sign of admiration.
