Intergrating mix breeds

I have 2-7 week old cochin that I am trying to integrate with 5-10 week old mixture of breeds. They pick at the Cochins non stop. The cochins do not want to go in the coop at night and it breaks my heart. Any suggestions?

What is your method of integration? Which ones are already in the coop, and how big is the coop?

It's not the difference in breeds that's the issue, it's the difference in ages and the fact that the Cochins are new.

Did you keep them separated but within sight of each other for 2 weeks or just tossed her in?

The cochins were in a cage within the run for 2 weeks. At night they went into a dog carrier and placed in the coop. The coop is 8 x 4. I just was concerned that the Cochins are just too docile and will always be tormented and afraid. The meanest of the bunch of 10 week olds are the GLW and barred rock. Right now I have separated them into 2 runs side by side. I had hoped with them being close in age they would integrate easier.
