Internal pip started 72 hours ago!

I do hope someone can help right away. I have a Muskovy duck egg that internally pipped Monday night. On Tuesday it started chirping and pecking. Today is Thursday with no sign of breaking through. Is it time for me to help? He is still active and chirping but does have a large air sac. !Someone help please !

Hasn't externally pipped at all yet? I would make a safe hole for it... just the tiny tip of a screw sized hole...
