Internally piped baby disappeared!!! HELP!! 😢

Good morning to all!

So, my little duckling that internally piped is now back in his shell and not in his air sac! She’s still alive and moving, but I’m wondering if anyone heard of this happening before?
Now I’m REALLY WORRIED!
He is going crazy last night as I candled and watched him, now this morning nothing!
What do I do??? I tried to upload a video of his actions but I can’t. Does anyone know if you can download a video here? PLEASE, I know I’m annoying but I’ve raised these babies with so much care, constantly checking on them, researching everything I can find and doing everything right.
I took out the Turner so they can get into position for piping and hatching.
But I’m most concerned about where my little “Piper.” went!! This pic was a video of him moving and how he piped, but I guess you can’t post videos..
PLEASE HELP!!
