Found its beak. It's under right wing. But I'm sure it was dead before I started. So sad

It was under the right wing, but it was in the small end of the shell, yes? This is a common malpostion, so don't feel sad.

It was kind of half bent so the back was towards the air pocket. Its head was bent to its feet. All pointing down toward small and of egg.

What do I do now. Wait another day or two. Just to make sure. Or am I at a dead end and should start over. Having a baby is less stressful than a chic egg.
