so recently I got a three week old moscovy duckling and when I tried to intoduce her to my flock of 17 chickens my rooster and hen both attacked her they are free range so during the day I put her in the closed coops yard and at night she comes inside but what do I do she can’t stay inside forever

Just one duckling? She needs more like companions. Forget the intro of chickens and duck for now until you get her more of her own kind.
Once that is accomplished you can try a look no touch approach (fencing in between them). But honestly my muscovies don't get along well with my chickens and vice versa.

I'd try hard to find her a duck friend around her age. That will give her someone to pal around with my ducks do their own thing my chickens theirs so your little Muscovy needs a buddy. Once they are bonded then let the be out but separate to your chickens until they are old enough to fend for them selves. Eventually the chickens will ignore them.
