Hello everyone, I am new to this, and well, any other online community! Although I have been reading all of your posts for quite sometime, I have never posted. I am grateful for everything I have read as it has been instrumental in the raising of my orphaned Mallard ducklings. Who, I am proud to say have made it to a ripe 'ol age of almost 2 months!! There have been ups and downs and they are getting all their "big kid" feathers. Although I rescued them, the experience has brought so much to my life in such a short time, they have opened my 7 yr olds mind, eyes, and heart in a way that other things have not been able to. I am forever grateful and loving. I have started posting to this community because reading posts alone does not seem to be fitting the situation. I want to do the best for them, in the short time that I have with them. I look forward to posting more and reading what everyone has to say.
