Hi!, I'm a new member, I've been reading the articles for about a year, and decided to finally join. Have no idea what took me so long!
I have 4 chickens, 2-Rhode Island Reds, and 2-Barred Rocks. I've had them since April of last year. Love them!! They are so entertaining, if I need a laugh, I just go out back for 5 minutes! I have a border collie named Elle, and I think she enjoys them also! If she's in the mood, she likes to herd them into a corner, smell them and then walk away.. I personally think she does it to annoy the chickens, because they don't like it! Anyway, its a hoot to have them!
