The Silkie gets along pretty well with them, though spends most of its time with the ducksGreat place to find information. I hope it helps you as much as has me. Great to have you here. I am rather new at chickens, and am wondering how does the silkie get along with the RIRs? That is pretty interesting pairing. My aunt had many! Silkies and she loved them. I had 2 RIR mixed cockerels I had to rehome
, they had wonderful personalities, but were a little more aggressive than my other chicks. Not sure if that was cockerel thing or a RIR thing....leaning towards cockerel. LOL
We just have silkies over here in Wisconsin. Enjoy it here!
