Well I am the grunt work of the operation. So I have come here to meet other people like me and learn some knowledge of my finely feathered friends because while my mother "McPherson Farms" is running incubators. I am running chickens and trying to keep the dogs from having chicken snacks through out the day.

Dogs and chickens... There are quite a few discussions on that topic here LOL Have you tried training the dogs to leave them alone? Some ideas here:

we have electric collars on them and have a roo out there now but we have tried they are part hunting dog is our problem I think

Welcome to BYC! Dogs and chickens don't mix, you may have to put them in a dog run to prevent them killing your birds.

we have invisible wire fence its working so far so we will see....
