Put a hideout in your coop, a pallet or part of one that the chicks can get behind, and she can't.
Hideouts, multiple feed bowls set up so that a bird eating at one cannot see a bird eating at the other one. Mini walls, platforms, roosts make more use of the vertical space and allows birds to get out of sight of each other. I call it clutter.
So many runs are just an open rectangle where the birds have to stay on the floor and can see every other bird 100% of the time.
