My run is an 8x13 dog kennel with an open (3 1/2 wall) pallet coop in one end. 6 feet of roosting bars (although it doesn't have a roof since the entire run is covered, so they roost on the top of 1 wall) and 3 nest boxes.Makes sense.
How big is your coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help us to help you figure out some solutions.
Can you section off a part of coop and run for the new birds to start integration?
Have you had male birds before?
Would be good to have another enclosure, or a couple of wire crates, to seclude the males if thing go sideways, best to have these ready cause when things get ugly, it happens fast.
I am going to expand soon to an 18x18 run and will adjust the coop as needed.
I have placed a large dog crate in the run next to the coop for the new girls. If they need an extended time of separation, I will make a larger space for them next to the run.
